77abo Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 77abo platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C") in their entirety. These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 77abo ("the Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These T&C apply to all products and services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, fish shooting titles, and any promotional or bonus offers. These terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 77abo.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to satisfy any one of these criteria makes you ineligible to use the Platform and obligates you to close your account and cease all activity immediately.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not hold more than one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you are required to register an account by providing a valid phone number, selecting a username, and setting a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify 77abo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

77abo reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request may result in account restriction, suspension or closure. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed for the relevant account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

77abo supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on any given day will be processed same-day for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Requests submitted after 22:00 will be processed the following business day.
• 77abo does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals via the supported payment methods. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are outside 77abo's control.
• 77abo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, in accordance with its KYC obligations and anti-fraud procedures.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details registered on their 77abo account match the details of the wallet used for transactions. 77abo will not be liable for failed transactions arising from incorrect payment details provided by the player. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to availability of the relevant payment provider's service at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 77abo may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers or other promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiple will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 77abo reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player will be notified and any bonus funds already credited will be handled in accordance with the specific promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may not be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome offer. A player's first qualifying deposit triggers eligibility for the welcome bonus, subject to the stated minimum deposit requirement for that offer.
• 77abo reserves the right to perform bonus audits at any time. If irregularities consistent with bonus abuse are identified, 77abo may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been completed.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

77abo operates a fair and secure platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action, including suspension and permanent closure, as well as forfeiture of any account balance.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets or promotional eligibility.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected with financial fraud, including the use of stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any subsequent identity check conducted by 77abo.

77abo reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law. Players who become aware of a potential violation by another player are encouraged to report it to the 77abo support team.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77abo Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video material, interface design and game content, is owned by or licensed to 77abo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77abo. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these T&C and may expose you to legal liability.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

77abo collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&C by reference. By accepting these T&C, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. 77abo uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Your personal and financial data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers and other service partners as necessary to operate the Platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77abo, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. 77abo's total liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77abo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Any reliance you place on information or results displayed on the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

77abo reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including the eligibility requirements, one-account policy or prohibited conduct rules.
• Provision of false, fraudulent or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including registration and KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested, or failure to provide documentation sufficient to verify identity and payment methods.
• Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period selected by the player.

12. Amendments to These Terms

77abo reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notice displayed on the Platform or via the contact details registered on the player's account. The updated T&C will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
